Eloise is an organizational behavior specialist who received her Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (2001) from the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (1998) from the University of Calgary.
Since completing her graduate studies, Eloise has worked as an internal human resources service provider as well as an external consultant providing expertise specializing in organizational development initiatives.
Eloise is a member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, Human Resources Institute of Alberta and the Calgary Industrial and Organizational Psychology Group.
