Ron Prokosch was raised in Red Deer, the son of parents who were raised and farmed in the Provost Alberta area. Ron has been consulting to Alberta organizations since 1981.

During Ron’s career as a consultant he has owned and operated, two major H. R. specialty consulting firms in Alberta and Saskatchewan both of which have been sold and in 2000 Ron re-established his consulting practice, The Prokosch Group. In 2007 Ron collaborated with colleagues to establish Legacy Human Capital Group Ltd.. and to affiliate with other independent firms across Canada.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma from Carleton University. In addition, he has taken graduate studies in organization and career development from the University of Michigan.
Professional development has included certification in: Leadership Architect SuiteTM of tools; Producing Results with Others TM; Orchestrating Team PerformanceTM and as a Coach Facilitator by Corporate Coach University International. Ron is also qualified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Profiles International suite of assessment tools.
He is the Past Chair for the Alberta Human Resources Conference 2002, Past- President of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, a member and Director of South Calgary Rotary, a member of Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta. Ron is also a sessional and occasional instructor at the University of Calgary, has served on the University’s Senate and is currently a Past Chair of the Board for the Distress Centre Calgary. Ron is also a member of the Board for Calgary Rotary Challenger Park.
Eloise Moodie is a Management Consultant who has 13 years of experience in the areas of leadership recruitment, selection, assessment, and training and development. She also has expertise in the related topic of organizational change and the design and implementation of employee surveys.
Eloise has worked within organizations as a member of strategic human resources teams and more recently as a consultant to a variety of private and public sector clients. She is known for combining her business acumen with her specialized training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to develop practical, valid and reliable solutions.
