Ron is a founder and Co-Managing Partner of Legacy Executive Search Partners (Alberta) Inc. He has been providing Human Resources consulting services in Alberta since 1981.
During his consulting career, Ron has had extensive experience in key areas of HR services including:
Ron sold the operations back to DBM in 2000 and re-established his own consulting practice,Legacy Human Capital Group.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma from Carleton University. In addition, he has taken graduate studies in organization and career development from the University of Michigan.
Professional development has included certification in: Leadership Architect SuiteTMof tools; Producing Results with OthersTM; Orchestrating Team PerformanceTMand as a Coach Facilitator by Corporate Coach University International. Ron is also qualified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Profiles International suite of assessment tools.
He is the Past Chair for the Alberta Human Resources Conference 2002, Past-President of the Human Resources Association of Calgary, Past-Chair of the Board for the Distress Centre, a member of South Calgary Rotary, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta. Ron is also a sessional and occasional instructor at the University of Calgary and has served on the University's Senate.
